Maria Kaushansky’s passion for the piano began at age five, inspired by her father’s playing by ear on the family’s upright piano in Russia. What started as childhood lessons grew into a lifelong pursuit that carried her from classical training in Canada to performing in New York City’s vibrant jazz clubs.
